The Quality Committee is the central institution charged with realising the concept of quality assurance. This body is made up of representatives of clients, engineering firms and contractors.

The Quality Committee is tasked with examining applications for the quality mark, initiating the awarding and withdrawal of the quality mark and proposing sanctions in accordance with the Implementing Regulations in the event of non-compliance.
